They share our name and a link to this page. You're free to choose any installer; there's no obligation to go ahead with our quote.
You become our customer
Once you get in touch, our own team handles everything: survey, quote, design, installation and aftercare.
Your contract is with us
Any installation agreement is between you and Lacey Heating Ltd. Octopus Energy isn't a party to the contract and doesn't supervise the work on site.
